Each morning, local women gather at our workshop in Muzaffarnagar, bringing with them not only skill, but stories and laughter passed down through generations. Together, they begin by sorting through baskets of temple flowers and sugarcane fibers — gifts of the land and devotion that might otherwise be discarded. With care, they spread them out beneath the sun, letting warmth draw out the natural oils that will become the soul of our incense.
Then, with practiced ease, they roll each incense stick by hand onto slender bamboo, shaping them with a care that only experience can bring. Left to rest beneath woven baskets, the sticks slowly mature, allowing their fragrance to deepen naturally.
