Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
Due to the nature of our products (incense, temple-related items), returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
To request a refund for damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
